EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. You must notify us of your decision by email to email@example.com before you send us your product.
Custom products, such as engravable or fingerprint pieces, cannot be returned.
We do not offer free returns or pre-paid labels.
Our jewels may be changed for an equal or greater amount items. Mel Jewel reserves the right to refuse exchanges communicated or sent outside the deadline as well as items that are not in the same condition in which they were acquired.
To exchange or return an item, it must be returned in their original packaging to our offices located in:

The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Always send your invoice and order number with the return.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.
After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund, without shipping costs.

Mel Jewel only sells items in perfect condition that are previously verified and if you, exceptionally, receive a defective item, please contact us.
